Founder & Principal Consultant
Shannon has spent more than two decades building programs that change what's possible for working families — leading homeownership education and financial literacy work, designing curriculum used across communities, and holding director-level responsibility for teams, budgets, and outcomes.
Ollie & Ollie is where that experience goes to work for other organizations: the strategy behind the program, the training behind the team, and the plain-spoken counsel behind the leader making the call.
